At Triple 5 Wealth Management, we recognize the importance of protecting your privacy. Maintaining your trust and confidence is a high priority and we want you to understand how your privacy is protected.
In connection with providing you with investment advisory services, we collect nonpublic personal information about you from your account application and other forms that you may deliver to us as well as from securities transactions executed in your advisory accounts, whether the advisory account is managed by us or a third party manager. In order to establish or maintain a brokerage account with an unaffiliated third party, to manage your investment portfolio(s), and to service your account properly, we may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described above, to firms that assist us in servicing your account, such as third party managers, the broker/dealer executing transactions in your account, and the clearing broker/dealer (if different than the executing broker/dealer). Your nonpublic personal information may also be shared among these entities, their affiliates, and their non-affiliates who provide transfer agent services, custody services, clearing services, or other services related to the management and servicing of your advisory account.
Records containing your nonpublic personal information are kept at our principal place of business and may also be kept at those companies we associate with in order to service your account, including the broker/dealers through whom securities transactions may be effected. We, as well as these service providers, are required to protect the confidentiality of your information and to use the information only for the purposes for which disclosure to us or to them is made. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to only those employees or agents who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We employ physical, technical, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to maintain the security of your nonpublic personal information.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about present or former customers to non-affiliated third parties other than those identified in this notice, except as permitted or required by law.
If you elect at any time to close your account(s) or become an inactive client, we will continue to adhere to our privacy policies and practices.
If you have any questions concerning this Privacy Notice, please write to us.
